International Construction Services (ICSRoofing) is a great company. I watched them build the roofing and shingles portion of the new homes in my neighborhood. They work very hard and seldom have issues with the roof after the new owner moved in. I had a leak coming down my ceiling fan. I called Mungo, no help. I called ICS and I got someone to look at the issue. It required an attic and roof inspection and they found the problem in 15 mins and fixed it in another 15 mins. Great service. The roofer, Angel, said “we treat your home like it was our home”.

Can’t say enough about the great experience we had with this company. Brent came out within a day of contacting us. He did a temporary fix on the roof the day of the inspection. The shingles we wanted had to be ordered within a week the shingles were delivered and the next day the crew was on the roof stripping off the old shingles by 7am. The crew we had was great by 3:30pm the roof was on and the men were cleaning up the area. Did a great job on the cleanup. We were waving goodbye by 4:00pm. Brent was foreman on the job and stayed the entire time to supervise. Couldn’t have met a more courteous and friendly person. Even sent a drone up to check the roof. This team was awesome! They provided a free roof inspection and assisted me with my insurance claim to have my roof replaced. They did a great job with the replacement and communication throughout the process. I will definitely be calling these guys again for the additional repair work I need done!
These men were so thorough with their work, I had to document it! They moved in union with one accord and a single mindedness that may harken one back to the soldiers of ancient times. They may look ordinary but they were gladiators and I salute them. These skilled craftsmen went above and beyond all my expectations and it would be quite daunting to find another company who could surpass their excellence.

Having worked with ICS in the past on another project, Milton and his team continued to exceed my expectations with the level of care and safety. They were very responsive, professional, and informative; especially during these unprecedented times.As a homeowner, I had many concerns and questions about the process, but everyone was so patient with me. I’m more than satisfied with my roof repair and feel at ease knowing I can sleep well during the next rain/storm.I recommend ICS for your roofing needs.
After purchasing my home, I had an inspection done where damage was visible from weather/storms. International Construction had done repairs from a previous hail storm in 2011. Both warranties for the shingles and the install had long expired. I contacted the shingle provider and they wouldn’t even talk to me. I thought I would take a chance and reach out to the installer since they would be familiar with the previous repairs. They were very receptive to help from the beginning. They immediately sent someone to inspect the issues mentioned in the inspection report and said they would be happy to correct the items noted. Even though the warranty no longer existed, they wanted me to know they stood by their work. Both management and the guys who did the work were very professional and showed they really cared. I would recommend them for any roof replacement and/or repairs. I will definitely contact them in the future when it comes time to replace my roof or have any repairs done.
