I have known Frank Pelletier for years. I wouldn’t have entrusted my foot with anyone else. He and his team with International Construction Services, Inc., did an absolutely amazing job with our roof replacement. Frank worked with us to do an inspection, ensured that we received the shingles we were looking for, and gave us a very competitive price. The process was quick and painless, and their containment system made clean-up a breeze. Those guys worked tirelessly to ensure our roof was done correctly, professionally, and efficiently. There wasn’t anything as much as a piece of paper left behind when they were all finished. We were thoroughly impressed at how easy their teamwork made it look. Frank even refinished the surface of our veranda to keep it from leaking. We get so many compliments from our neighbors on our new roof! New roof: I got other estimates from several companies for the same roofing materials, and I was given a range of prices that varied by several thousands of dollars. It was ridiculous! I got in touch with ICS, and they sent Brent to my house.
Brent and Curtis from ICS were absolutely wonderful! They met with me, and provided complete details of the roofing process from start to finish. The estimate was near the middle of the other quotes, and Brent gave me a complete explanation of what would be done and why. He helped with color selection when I couldn’t decide, and I’m very thankful for his help.
I texted Brent with questions as they came to me, and was never given the impression that I was being bothersome.
It took about two weeks for the install appointment. The crew arrived early this morning. The new “hickory” colored roof seemed to go up quickly. All trash was cleaned and nails picked up. The entire process took about six hours, plus some additional cleanup and payment time.

ICS did a great job on our roof project. Randall was easy to talk to and made walking through the job a breeze. He remained on site both days to ensure the job went smoothly and handled my moments of attitude like a true gentlemen. The project did run into some unforeseen additions but Randall and the crew was quick to address them and come to a solution. The crew was fast and knowledgeable. They left the site as they found it. Recently, another roofing company was walking through our neighborhood and stopped to point out deficiencies with our roof. We were aware that our roof was on the older end, but Frank from ICS had made some previous repairs to extend the life. The other company would not provide a reasonable expected price range based on the visual inspection from the ground but told us it could be $10K or even $100K. We understand that roofing companies need to do more thorough inspections before providing quotes, but this answer was very unreasonable. We called Frank that evening and he came out the next day and gave us a good quote. His team completed the work within 2 weeks of my initial call, and we are very happy with the results.
